RESYNC Partners Meet in Prague

Last Feb 5th, the RESYNC consortium, coordinated by the Pereira lab, met in Prague (CZ) for a day of productive discussions on chemical reprogramming.
As the project enters its last year, this meeting was crucial to align the team efforts to identify the combination of small molecules that effectively reprogram cancer cells into dendritic cells.
The meeting, hosted by our partner at IOCB Prague (CZ), brought together the consortium partners from Asgard Therapeutics (SE), Karolinska Institute (SE), Politecnico di Torino (IT), and Babeș-Bolyai University (RO), and their respective team members, for ideas exchange and alignment on the next steps, as the consortium continues its collaborative effort to use small molecule-based reprogramming to change the function of cells.
This RESYNC project has received funding from the European Innovation Council as an EIC Pathfinder Open call with GA 101130218, Title: “Functional chemical reprogramming of cancer cells to induce antitumor immunity”.
