Leona Brandl

Biography
Leona is a guest researcher from Germany with a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Molecular Biotechnology from Heidelberg University. She is currently pursuing her PhD at the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ) in Heidelberg. During her stay, she is focused on generating DC1s from human embryonic fibroblasts to study the deposition of the m6A-RNA modification in the reprogramming process.
Outside of the lab, Leona enjoys spending time in nature and going hiking. She also has a passion for cooking and loves exploring new restaurants.
